30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
Product Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, when requesting a return.
Personalized Products: Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return if specified on the product page. Unique personalization, which makes the item specifically tailored to your preferences, may prevent us from accepting a return. We recommend reviewing the product page carefully before placing your order to ensure that the personalization options meet your requirements.
Before you return your product, you must first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we know to expect your package and can process things faster for you. (If you don’t contact us first we don’t guarantee we will receive your return).
*Please keep in mind that if you want to return the item, you must cover the return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us at email@example.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
*All Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a full refund in the amount of the product cost.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
